Fee Details

This is to inform all parents that, fees will be collected only on a quarterly basis by cheque, cash or on-line. (www.nhes.ac.in)

Fees have to be paid for three months at a time in the month of March, June, September & December 10^th to 30^th of these months in any branch of ICICI Bank. You may pay fees on-line. Your login i.d. is children’s Registration no. (without slash “/”) and password is your registered mobile no.

LATE FEE – For fees not paid in the months of March, June, September & December a fine of Rs.100/- will be charged for each month delay. Fees not paid for 3 successive months will result in removal of the name of the student from the school rolls. A penalty of Rs.500/- will have to be paid at the time of re-admission. Re-admission will be at the discretion of the school management.

If a student does not attend school for one month without prior information (even after payment of fees) the name of the student will be removed from the school rolls.

PAYMENT DETAILS

1. Payment should be made by cheque, cash or on-line.
2. Cheque should be made in favour of NARBHERAM HANSRAJ ENGLISH SCHOOL SOCIETY
3. It is compulsory to write the Name of the student, Class and Reg. No. & Phone No. on the reverse side of the cheque. The School is not responsible for the misplacement of cheque if the name of the student, Class and Reg. No. & Phone No. are not written on the reverse side of the cheque.
4. It is compulsory to give all the relevant information in all the blanks in the fee book. Partially completed fee book will not be accepted. The tear off slip (school’s copy) of the fee book should be attached to the cheque.
5. If any cheque is dishonored due to insufficient fund or wrong/inadequate information, Rs.150/- will be charged extra as bank & service charges.
6. If any cheque is dishonored then cheque will not be accepted again and total amount is to be paid in-cash with late fee.
7. All outstanding fees and dues must be paid before the final examination, failing which, the child will not be allowed to sit for the final examination.
